City WestCan the library please consider having someone from the IT area in collaboration with the school of Marketing to give a workshop on EXCEL and its uses in Marketing. I found in past group assignments that there are people who are good in Excel because their schools have spent a great deal of time teaching them and then there are others whose skills need upgrading. The latter students are good in analysing the data but you have to know how to get the data before you can analyse it.View

Mawson LakesMuch like other universities, UniSA should endeavor to open their library 24 hours a day. If this is not possible, they should establish computer labs that are operational after hours (after the library closes until the library opens again).View

City WestDuring the late afternoon there is always at least 30min sunsetting which the sunlight is really hurting peoples eyes especially when people trying very hard to concentrate on their work on the laptop. It is very helpful to get the curtains down and that is why you put curtains there. However people don't know how we can get it down and the "ask library" doesn't really work as no one came and help with it after I called several times and the sun has already set. It is not a big deal but quite annoying and distracting and uncomfortable as it really hurts. Wish Unisa has a more efficient system and wish all the facilities can be used well for students benefits. Personally I don't want to be complaining that much, however an uncomfortable environment is really setting people on fire when you are stressful about your assignment. Thanks for your time. View

MagillThe toilets are constantly disgusting- toilet paper everywhere, dirty toilets bowls because there are no toilet brushes, 4 cubicles had no toilet paper, and they often smell. I know it is the end of the day, but the toilets are unpleasant every time I use them. I dread having to use the toilets by the library. Can we please invest in toilet brushes for every toilet and have the toilets cleaned and toilet rolls replaced more frequently. Thank you for taking this feedback seriously. View
